In my role I work directly with senior leadership teams to solve high-stakes leadership mandates across clinical development, translational medicine, and medical affairs. Focus areas include: • Partnering with pharma and biotech leadership to secure MD/PhD executives capable of leading complex clinical and regulatory milestones (Phase III, BLA/MAA submissions, global launches) • Mapping and engaging rare physician-executives and scientific leaders across neurology, rare disease, oncology, and immunology • Contributing to PharmaTalent’s proprietary executive intelligence platform, aligning MD/PhD leadership expertise with specific pharmaceutical pipeline challenges through structured scientific-fit assessment • Supporting CEOs, CMOs, and R&D leadership in designing search strategies for mission-critical leadership roles impacting drug development programs • Building long-term relationships with global scientific leaders across academia, biotech, and large pharma
