Managed a complex, cross-functional program spanning 4 locations, involving 70+ associates worldwide and 4 organizations. Project included - Cross functional and cross organisational Process Design, Implementation and B2B Supplier Integration - Organizational Development - Build up and integration of a Supply Chain Management Team across several locations in APAC Delivered measurable business impact, including improved cycle time and net working capital while improving delivery performance and reliability at the same time, as well as continuous annual EBIT savings in direct relation to total yearly purchase order volume.
