As a Technology Project Manager in the FinTech industry, I am responsible for analyzing and collaborating with partners and vendors on integration plans for our e-wallet mobile application. Usual integrations include service aggregators, banks, and remittance companies. In addition, I serve as the Scrum Lead, managing a cross-functional team of developers and QA specialists to ensure project delivery standards and commitments.
