Managing Partner with over 10 years of experience in M&A consulting and in building and scaling advisory business models. My focus is on the successful structuring and implementation of buy-side and sell-side transactions for medium-sized companies in international technology markets. In my role at Board Advisors AG, I have commercial responsibility for the M&A advisory business—including origination, client acquisition, revenue and growth management, and team leadership and development.
