- Responsible for North American Finance Organization of Henkel Laundry & Homecare spanning across Financial Planning & Analytics, Reporting, SG&A Finance, Supply Chain Finance (incl. production and warehouse footprint), Brand Finance, and Sales Finance. - Oversight of 35 FTEs in total.
- Responsible for US Brand Finance organization of Henkel Laundry & Homecare during Post-Merger-Integration of Sun Products Corp. into Henkel (2.2bn USD Net Sales combined). - Transformed brand-led Management Reporting in terms of results (e.g., establishing a synchronized brand forecasting & planning process during systems migration) and Technology (e.g., PowerBI). - Oversight of 8 FTEs in total.
