Air France KLM Group Restructuring of Transavia’s Crisis Management documentation and developement of an intranet site to improve information flow during emergencies. I helped organize joint crisis exercises with Air France and ADP Group, and strengthened coordination with key stakeholders (MEAE, Interior Ministry, BEA). I mapped internal/external actors, supported ground staff communication, and collaborated with Security, Quality, and Operations teams. I also trained with Air France’s Family Welcome Centre.
