Store planning and construction process for new stores, renovations and maintenance, managing the projects from faisability to completion. Prepare preliminary schedule and budget, liaise with the Landlord, manage architects, contractors, retail & wholesale partners, coordinate design with the Store Design Team and regional functional Teams, manage permits and bid process, oversee the construction process to ensure quality control, budget proposals and final account settlements, coordinate the production and installation of millwork, ensure completion of punch lists and manage the store handover.
