I am a flexible, results-oriented, open minded and communicative leader. My professional experience gives me good insight in how to be effective in multi-cultural environments and challenging situations. I come with a broad experience in research, development and manufacturing of products and solutions ranging from the Oil&Gas industry to the Domestic appliances domain. With the teams I worked with, I have successfully developed and brought to market several industrial and consumer devices and digital solutions in recent years, tailored to the need of the customers. My passion is driving breakthrough innovation, translating customer needs into exciting product solutions, in an international development network, working within motivated teams. I have developed strong communication and influencing skills, and I find very stimulating to solve conflicts, to balance different views also in very big and transversal teams, to identify and explain trade-offs, and eventually to converge as a team to a solution or decision which will help to solve our customer dilemmas. I have an analytical approach to each professional challenge, being at the same time able to leverage the teamwork and keep the people motivation high.
