- Responsible for managing national and international operational processes to sustainably increase efficiency and growth --> building a setup that enables Emma & Noah to scale to 8 figures without causing headaches - Responsibility for achieving key KPIs, in particular logistics costs as a percentage of sales and customer satisfaction indicators, with demonstrable improvements (keeping logistic cost in low teens, CSAT of +4,7 in CS, very healthy CS OpEx to revenue share) - Leading and developing the logistics, customer service and sales management teams, including talent development and strategic development - Establishment and continuous optimization of OKR targets to ensure strategic alignment and achievement of corporate goals

Developed a wood-based material that was capable of enduring the different forces acting to a surf-fin while surfing as my bachelor-thesis. Decided to give it a try and Co-founded VACAV based on the conviction that there is a rising demand in sustainable surfing products.
