▪ Management of a contracted project, coordinating and supporting internal resources and third parties/vendors for the entire duration of the project, from project definition to the final installation of the machines at customer site. ▪ Project planning and monitoring, in order to achieve the objectives in terms of time, cost and quality. Progress reporting ensuring proper level of communication at different level of the project organization and stakeholders; ▪ Main point of contact for customers with whom constant discussion is established during the project, aimed at meeting their expectations while complying with business objectives.
