Since October 2023, I have been responsible for sales and customer support in four European countries. With a background in biomedical engineering and over 13 years of experience in the development and sales of shape memory alloy components (SMAs), particularly Nitinol, I bring the necessary expertise and passion for this exciting industry. Acting as an European Sales Engineer together with existing customers as well as new customers from 4 countries in Europe, as well as from Switzerland and Israel. Accordingly, active at home and abroad and contact person for all technical questions about projects made of nitinol (shape memory alloy) and support every customer from the offer to the delivery of the finished product!
Mein Aufgabengebiet umfasst folgende Bereiche: -Konstruktion von Werkzeugen und Vorrichtungen zur Herstellung von Komponenten aus Formgedächtnislegierungen; -Entwicklung von Komponenten aus FGL; - Telefonische Kundenbetreuung und -beratung; - Führung von Verkaufsgesprächen; - Besuch und Beratung der Kunden vor Ort (In-und Ausland); - Vertretung des Entwicklungsleiters bei dessen Abwesenheit. - Projektleitung von diversen Entwicklungsprojekten
