For the last couple of years, I’ve been operating deep in Web3, drawn to hard problems, open systems, and teams that actually ship. Lately, I’ve been applying that same builder mindset to AI, designing and running agents that automate the most broken parts of recruiting: sourcing non-obvious engineers from GitHub, assessing real code quality, and removing noise from outreach and screening. I’m hands-on, product-driven, and most effective when I’m close to the problem. I don’t just “hire” I help teams define hiring bars, design high-signal processes, and land the kind of engineers that actually move the product. I’m street-smart and pragmatic, and I make things work, especially as a founding or first recruiter for Web3 or AI teams, setting the hiring foundation from zero, partnering tightly with founders and engineers, and scaling quality without sacrificing speed or culture.
