Managing the team of Product Services Engineers and Specification Engineers responsible for implementation of each product variant for Conventional and RRP portfolio including: - machinability feasibility checks for new developments, - coordination of machine readiness for enabling new product features including documentation, budget and specification preparation, - coordination of supply chain execution for new product launch to ensure availability of materials and new equipment for timely production, - ensuring preparation of proper product specification, verification of new designs for smooth machine processing, - ensuring all specifications related to manufacturing of PMI products (semifinished products and final products specifications, bill of materials, utilization ratio, parameters, technical documents) are properly defined and available in corresponding systems, - execution monitoring of new launches (quality, timeliness), - customer at the core quality assessment of new products, - coordination and supervision on the projects aimed at modifications and standardization of materials to improve their machinability
