- Management and coordination of projects for further development of production processes, especially in context of digitalisation / Industry 4.0 - Identification, tracking and implementation of projects for standardization of production technologies - Project management in the context of analysing, development, structure and relocation of production steps within the company - Monitoring of long-term technology strategies, including make-or-buy strategies for production processes - Coordination and leadership of user groups, which are linked to production, across Europe - Project management in the context of the Industry 4.0 programm / digitalisation
- Sub-project management of national and international projects within the field of operations at Center of Competence Brake Control - Controlling of selected projects and coordinating of involved departments across various locations - Controlling of agreed project schedule milestones - Project-forecast - Special evaluations for project-specific problems / questions (mainly SAP based) - Central support function for localization projects within CoC Brake Control
