About

I'm an American who has been living in Germany since 2016 (keine Sorge, ich kann Deutsch). With a background in Materials Science, I found my passion in project management and have spent the past decade in the fields of eBike development, sustainability, and automotive engineering. My certifications, including Six Sigma Green Belt and IPMA Level D, support my focus on structured and efficient project delivery. Currently, my focus is on eBike product development at Canyon Bicycles, overseeing projects from concept to market. However, my experience spans roles in advanced electric drivetrain development at Mercedes, leading sustainability workshops, as well as HR process optimization, all tied together by a focus on teamwork, clear communication, and effective planning. I’m fascinated by all things that move us from A to B and enjoy tackling challenges that require collaboration and creative problem-solving. Working with exceptional people has been a constant highlight of my career, and I’m always eager to contribute to projects that make a meaningful impact.
