Plant operations - Manufacture of inorganic pigments: - Execution of operational and technical ramp up of pearlescent pigment production lines - Support of global production & technical harmonization of pearlescent pigment production sites in Germany, USA and Japan - Global process engineering (trouble shooting): cosmetic filler production processes, aluminum flake pigment manufacturing, pneumatic blending of pigments, decanter processes, grinding and classification processes etc. - Execute FMEA (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis) expert on several projects (OEE increase of main processing machines, de-bottlenecking of diverse manufacturing lines) - GMP qualification and validation of production process of pigments for Pharma and Food applications - Moderator and organizer of GMP audits, QM audits (DIN ISO 9001 & 14001) and audits by authorities (permits)
