-Support and reporting to the Executive International Rail director to deploy the strategy for rolling stock business in Spain identifying new service lines that could provide and bringing these to the board. -Coordinating sales development for the Engineering Center in Saragossa with current customers(CAF, STADLER Spain, TALGO,etc) -Identifying potential customers and visiting them to develop new business (TIERs 1) and subsystems suppliers. -Negotiating the terms of agreement with customers and closing sales. -Negotiating variations in price, delivery and specifications with customers. -Supporting rail project managers in the successful delivery of rail projects on time and Budget.
Project Management and technical responsible of Mechanical and Electrical Installations for Local and International Customers of Rolling Stock Field such as (CAF, CAF Power, VOSSLOH, TALGO, ALSTOM, STADLER) -Technical quotations. -Organizing and structuring of workloads to accomplish on time the Engineering Planning, milestones and negotiation of activities not included in the initial scope of the budget. -Active Negotiation with the customer to meet milestones, scope of workpackages, budget, ERC (engineering request changes) thereby proposing and implementing appropriate corrective actions. -Performing project Mechanical Routing Domain activities in compliance with QCD commitments. -Active Role with the customer for design reviews of ongoing projects. -Act as liaison for the correct integration with other areas ( Carbody-Shell, Interior Design, etc) -Assessment and peer-review of project tasks (processes & deliverables) carried out by team members. -Monitoring and coaching of less experienced / under training staff, in the identified areas of competence.
