• Leading a 15–20‑member Global team of system owners, process & project managers, and Accounts Payable Austria • Developed the department‘s structure, clarified roles and interfaces, and strengthened project, change‑management, and AI capabilities • Connected a global power‑user organization to support processes, systems, data governance, and continuous improvement across all countries Together with my great team: • Designed a new group‑wide material group structure for all Umdasch divisions • Implemented a new supplier master data governance system and a global material master data governance process • Driving the global S2P digital transformation, including the SAP S/4HANA implementation • Developed AI‑enabled solutions such as the Procurement Success Tracker, automated spend categorization & insights, and material price vs. index analytics • Rollout of SAP Ariba • Rollout of Invoicing Solutions (ECC add-on Solution and new GenAI solution for S4)
• Build-up a new function & team to transform tesa’s Global Procurement organization to a sustainable one • Creation and starting of a 2-3 year business function strategy • Implementation of the Supply chain due diligence act (LkSG)
Job role 1: Global Procurement ➢ PMO for the transformation program & work package lead ➢ Responsible to implement category management (enabled by a digital tool implementation) and a central decision-making platform ➢ Setup and execution of a working capital improvement initiative (~5.7 mio € WOC improvement) and price reduction initiative (~1 mio € savings) Job role 2: Corporate Development ➢ Member of a global Strategy Exploration Team (C-level) to identify new growth fields for 2030+ and project lead for 2 new business models
Tool implementations: • Leading the global rollout of SAP Ariba Guided Buying, incl. concept design and buy-in management • SAP Ariba Sourcing (RfX + enabling procurement managers to achieve high savings of ~25% through leveraging e-auctions) • Supplier risk monitoring tool pilot execution Strategic projects: • Risk management concept, budget approval, operating model • Category management design
