I am SD und MM consultant with automotive background.
I am responsible to implement and test new customisation and projects in MM and SD area. My task are: Do the Cost calculation for a specific change. Do the customisation in SAP systems and transport them Koordinate external developper, Do unit Test Organise the Golive Give hyper care after the the golive Prepare Documentation I am also involved in introduction of new Company codes and give support for some special area like WSMS or Agrar Contract Management.
MM consultant I was responsible: Customer care Distributing tickets to experts Solving Problem (MM area) which we received from Customer in Ticket system (Debugging, Smart forms, SAP Notes) Doing customisation (BRF+) Implementing SAP notes (Intrastatt) Transporting changes via STMS
I am supporting day to day activity of the company in SAP SD outbound field. Ticket solving. In this role i work in a team with other collegues. I am responsible for post goods issue workflow in SD and EDI including idoc sending through PO system. I also have to undestand to mapping between IDOC and raw edifact message. I am leading a small project where I manage a custom program which collect the customers feedbacks about deliveries. In this project technically I do 2 roles: Rolling out the solution to new systems and for new customers. (organising meeting with the stakeholders and set up agenda, customising the program and testing the workflow, ) I am developing and testing small corrections for this solution where it is needed (SAP ABAP).
I am responsible for any kind of problem regarding Material Management service. I have to reproduce the error and find out from which source the error might come. Usually i check the used parameters, settings in customising, check the program flow in debug and if needed trace the program. (abap, sql trace.) As a result we used to find the root cause of the error and we we give suggestion how to fix the error. In case of SAP standard code problem we forward the ticket to development.
• Support of the booking system and users of IBM • Preparation of SQL reports • Support of night batch (correcting pre-batch checks) • Regular monthly activity (importing, archiving, maintaining) for local databases which supported the matching and reconciliation • Immediate correction of any error had appeared in the database I was responsible for (replication problems)
