Driving the implementation of the Alpega solutions portfolio (TMS and freight exchange) and taking ownership and responsibility of the project delivery activities, and reporting to the Delivery Management Team Lead. Gather and analyze client requirements and propose integrated solutions to them. Prepare product demonstrations. Deliver and implement projects (full process): take care of all aspects of a project, from initiation and kick-off meeting with a customer, through project scope and solution definition, planning, development/execution, implementation and follow-up: Pilot the project and communicate on the progress to all parties involved (internal and external) Provide customer advice based on our solutions and define together the best suited set-up Coordinate with other teams to ensure on-time delivery of the entire project Document your project deliveries and all relevant processes according to specifications. Train our clients on the use of our applications (on-site or remote). Provide support to the sales team in order to draft commercial proposals based on initial customer requirements/analysis as well as RFI’s/RFQ’s for bigger projects.
