The main activities of our unit are: - To manage Global sales pipeline, to define commercial performance metrics and to monitor commercial performance to identify actions for revenues maximization; - To perform cost benefit and impact analysis and to define the best customized offer including partners and product scale-up; to define contract pricing formulas in line with marketing strategy; - To support the definition of the make-or-buy tender or offer strategy; - To support Sales units on the offers and tenders’ elaboration in all geographies also providing gap analysis from tendering processes and clients’ needs to Marketing; - To define and monitor commercial objectives and to develop guidelines, processes and tools for commercial activities and lead relevant implementation and training.
The main roles we have are: - Define the requirements and manage the different requests in the perimeter of the New Technologies (IE Industry 4.0, Internet of Things, advanced sensors, etc.); - Organize the Pilot Projects ensuring the integration with the current systems, the Project Management Office (PMO) activities, managing the related contracts with the Partners and Suppliers; - Collect and Optimize the requirements and improvement requests for the technology develompent of the WFM Platform, in accordance with ICT; - Support the other units in the implementation of the digitalization projects; - Partecipate in the different technical committees and associations for the related activities; - Run the local initiatives of Innovation;
Main projects in which I am/was involved or in charge of are: - Coordinator for the System Integration of the multi-service Pilot test of Bari and directly involved in the technical relation with the clients (AMGAS, AQP, Comune di Bari); - Responsible for design and development of the software FEG (Front End Gas) utilized in the remote reading and control of the new smart gas meters (mass market) from different manufacturers (L+G and Metersit) involved in this project; Technical Support for the Gas Pilot Test of Biella and Coordinator for the relation with the client (F2i group – ex Enel Rete Gas); - Integration design, development and support of SMM Web (the system developed to support Pilot Tests activities) with different Meter Data Management (Siemens, L+G and Ecologic Analitics); - Analysis and development of the remote reading system for the smart gas meters related to Business market. This system is able to manage meters from different suppliers (Itron, Elster, CPL, Tecnosystem and Fiorentini). Implementation of the GPGService component, that integrates the different version of CTR and DLMS protocol, on GSM and GPRS channels; - Pilot Project in Ahmedabad (India); - Proof Of Concept in Manila (Philippines); - Pilot Project in Mumbai (India); - Pilot Project in Manila (Philippines); - Pilot Project in Santiago (Cile); - Involved in the design and development of STAMI, an innovative solution that integrates Enel Automation System with Enel Smart Metering System, able to collect, on-demand and real-time, specific high quality and accurate data stored in smart meters for network management purpose. This project won the European Utilities award for 2010, category Business Performance; support to the deploy of STAMI in the “COE” (Operation Exercise Centre); - Main Security expert inside the team; - Study and development of a software version of the Radius protocol, used to integrate a Cisco Access Server with team developed applications.
