Strategic Leadership and Operational Excellence: With comprehensive experience in senior leadership roles, including Vice President at KTM AG, Director at FACC AG, and the logistics service provider Schachinger, I bring a strong capability to quickly analyze situations, define solutions, and implement them effectively. The combination of a business degree with a focus on logistics, a technical degree in business informatics, and strategic as well as operational line management experience enables me to elevate companies operationally and logistically to the next level. Consolidation and Transformation at KTM: At KTM AG, I was entrusted with the strategically central task of consolidating the spare parts and motorcycle logistics and subsequently leading the area out of a defining period. This transformation resulted in significant efficiency gains and logistics cost reductions through the removal of barriers in a short time. A continuous improvement process will ensure future development. Digitalization and Quality Standards in the Aerospace Sector: As Director of Logistics at FACC AG, I was responsible for centralizing logistics, vertically integrating previously outsourced services, and finalizing the implementation of SAP EWM. These projects were executed while meeting the stringent requirements of EN 9100 (quality management system for aerospace, space, and defense organizations) and established the foundation for future-oriented logistics for a global aerospace supplier. Holistic Management in Food Logistics: In my role at the logistics service provider Schachinger, I managed several warehouse locations, focusing on the efficient storage and distribution of products—especially food—while adhering to the highest standards (IFS Logistics, HACCP, GDP). Additionally, I was responsible for supplying the central warehouses of leading retail chains in Austria.
