My operating thesis is simple. European mid-market businesses rarely fail at strategy - they fail at execution. Every role I have taken, and every company I have built equity in, has been a test of that observation. Today I am CEO and shareholder of SOD.DEL NV, a Belgian distributor of raw materials building toward a European platform. Before that, a decade leading complex multi-stakeholder M&A, integrations, and program portfolios - nine-figure in scope, across sectors where the margin for execution error was small and the consequences of getting it right were large. Managing a strategic digital transformation journey aligning Carmeuse with an Industry 4.0 vision. Objectives: • Manage program and project teams for optimal return-on-investment, and coordinate and delegate cross-project initiatives • Stakeholder management: Work closely with project sponsor, cross-functional teams, and assigned project managers to plan and develop scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan, budget, and timing for new initiatives • Analyze, evaluate, and overcome program risks, and produce program reports for management and stakeholders • Create a knowledge base of the implemented digital solution • Create future roadmap that will drive complete value realization from the digital initiative at maturity Additional responsabilities: • CoP Lead Project & Product management • Project Lead Venture Hub
