• Lead Ørsted’s Regulatory & Public Affairs agenda across Central Europe and head the Berlin representation, with a focus on offshore wind. • Manage and develop a cross-country team of 7 FTE (energy specialists in Germany; directors in Sweden, Poland, and the Netherlands). • Shape positions and engagement on key offshore wind matters, including CfD design, cross-border collaboration, maritime spatial planning, and electrification of industry (direct and indirect). • Provide strategic analysis of regulatory frameworks across core markets, translating policy developments into business implications and market actions. • Represent Ørsted with policymakers, regulators, TSOs, industry associations and partners; drive internal alignment across commercial, development and technical stakeholders.
• Led Regulatory & Public Affairs for Germany and P2X (Power-to-X) Europe, representing Ørsted with key stakeholders in Berlin. • Managed and developed a multi-location European team of 7 FTE, ensuring coordinated priorities and consistent external positioning across markets. • Contributed to Ørsted’s strategy for offshore and onshore wind in Germany and P2X in Europe, translating policy and regulatory developments into strategic priorities and market actions.
• Advised on hydrogen policy and market development within bilateral energy partnerships, supporting government-to-government cooperation and stakeholder engagement. • Analysed and contributed to the design of hydrogen support instruments (e.g., incentives and funding mechanisms) under development. • Supported assessment and progression of hydrogen projects in partner countries, including regulatory considerations, enabling conditions and implementation readiness.
• Seconded as Senior Adviser to BMWi on international energy policy, covering bilateral cooperation (Division IIA2) and multilateral cooperation (Division IIA1). • Supported development and implementation of hydrogen cooperation and projects with European and international partner countries, incl. contributions linked to Germany’s National Hydrogen Strategy (e.g., Haru Oni). • Advised on energy cooperation with Latin America, with a focus on Brazil, Mexico and Chile; engaged with government and private-sector stakeholders. • Prepared briefings, speaking notes and background material for senior leadership, including ministerial communications on the Energiewende. • Contributed to Germany’s engagement with international processes, incl. the IEA 2020 Country Review (Germany).

• Provided EU policy consulting on climate and energy, with a focus on renewable energy and the EU 2030 framework; advised clients across media, public institutions and industry (incl.
