About

As Chief Customer Officer and Member of the Executive Board of SAP SE, I lead the Customer Value Group (CVG) overseeing SAP's go-to-market strategy, customer delivery and operations across our global sales, engagement and support teams. I’m responsible for cloud infrastructure, cloud operations, SAP’s sovereign cloud portfolio, and security and compliance – all focused on helping customers drive business transformation and maximizing the benefits of AI to build long-term customer value in the cloud. Since April 2022, I’ve had the honor of serving on the Board of Directors of Nokia – a company that is as committed to innovation and technology leadership as I am. It’s an absolute privilege for me to be part of the Nokia mission to create technology that helps the world act together. That’s an aspiration that perfectly aligns to my core values. I believe software is a people business. I’m passionate about connecting talented teams across cultures and backgrounds to create innovative solutions that drive meaningful impact. By bringing diverse perspectives together and collaborating authentically, we can harness technology’s full potential for sustainable transformation. I’m committed to setting ambitious goals, rolling up the sleeves and working hard to achieve them. But it’s not just about achieving success for me. Giving back to the community is also important for me, which is reflected in my different volunteer activities. Because at the end of the day, it’s the power of people that creates real change. When I’m not focused on customer value and cloud innovation, you will find me skiing or exploring new cultures and seeking out new experiences. I'm also a coffee enthusiast who enjoys the simple pleasure of making a great cup of coffee.
