Leading the strategic end-to-end coordination of the company’s project pipeline and structuring the project prioritization process across all technologies, markets and sites, Establishment and shaping of integrated governance frameworks for project development and execution as well as introduction of a project incentivization scheme and reporting structures to support effective project management, Provision of strategic support to the CEO, e.g. preparing internal and external executive communication, creating transparency for decision-taking and managing strategic projects at leadership level
Lead of a team of project developers and commercial & partnering managers in DE and NL developing projects and value chains to decarbonize gas and biomass assets (via H2 conversion or post-combustion carbon capture) including initiation, development and management of partnerships and consortia
Responsibility for technical marketing and project management of polycarbonate-based E-Mobility solutions with a focus on electric vehicle battery packaging, Development of a strategic approach for the technological development and market creation, Business case generation including frequent meetings with customers and strategic partners along the E-Mobility value chain (OEMs, tiers, molders, distributers), active participation at trade shows and conferences Project management and lead of x-functional project teams
Research assistant at the Laboratory of Thermodynamics in Emerging Technologies, Development, conduction, and analysis of electrochemical, fluidic, and thermal experiments including device fabrication, Supervision and training of undergraduate and graduate students within the scope of in total 8 Bachelor’s and Master’s theses and Semester Projects, Teaching assistant in thermodynamics classes
