HR Advisor and Administrator Services primary in Dutch and English ▪Provide a consistent, timely, accurate and customer centric HR administration ▪Advisory service to employees, managers, HRs Global People Services (GPS) overall vision and strategy ▪To coach and support the team to deliver the service in line with the KPI, company policies and procedures ▪Provide accurate, timely first line HR advice and support to Managers, Employees and the wider HR team via telephone, email or web portal ▪Ensure accuracy of information in Workday as coach, support the team to deliver in line with the policies and procedures ▪Work continuously on process improvement and standardization between different Carrier BUs in the country / region of responsibility ▪Administration of HR processes and procedures, including but not limited to: ▪New starters administration and on-boarding support ▪Changes to employment and personal details ▪Changes to benefits and compensation ▪End of employment administration ▪Ad-hoc reporting and file management
- Review purchase requisitions and identify sources of supply - Identify and resolve Purchase Order / Purchase Requisition processing issues - Select contract / supplier to fill requisitions in accordance with approved purchasing strategies - Determine if requested items are available in catalogue and implement predefined action - Work with buyers / client group and suppliers to resolve delivery issues and process claims - Research and resolve invoice discrepancies & account disbursements - Maintain the Vendor Master Records/Updates/New Vendor Setup - Work with supplier and end user to resolve invoice, damaged/returned goods and ship date issues - Maintain professional interactions with suppliers as well as a strong partnership with client users - Advise customer of modifications from original requests - Conduct Spot Buy events, negotiate conditions with suppliers

Responsible for delivering regional IT support and services to all Business Units within the Benelux 24/7/365 in order to provide a First Call Resolution.
