About

My mission is to democratize medical innovation for cancer patients by building dynamic, purpose-driven organizations. With a track record of successfully launching breakthrough cancer therapies—from anti-PD1 monoclonal antibodies and PARP inhibitors to first in class Antibody Drug-Conjugates—internationally, I specialize in creating pathways for novel therapeutics. My expertise spans the full spectrum of TA and product strategy. Recent initiatives include indication enabling life-cycle trial design, international early access programs, companion diagnostic launches, registry design and scientific exchange to maximize launch outcomes. As a grounded yet ambitious leader, I balance thoughtful deliberation with decisive action, fostering cross-functional collaboration while embracing calculated risks. Above all, my unwavering commitment to improving patient outcomes drives both my focus and my team's dedication to excellence.
