Drove the sales transformation of the Pre‑Owned organization, improving retail and wholesale performance across the DACH region. Key Achievements: Steered Pre‑Owned sales management and operational business for buses and vans in the DACH region, delivering €60M+ in annual revenue and optimizing channel performance. Designed and implemented a modular commission and incentive framework, improving sales productivity and supporting organizational restructuring. Launched a digital B2B sales platform (LionView), enhancing customer experience and reducing internal documentation effort.
