- Specification of the prospective strategies and the work plans - Determination of the internal needs and taking problem-solving actions accordingly - Putting on the agenda & follow-up of the issues sourced from the related departments and PMO activities - Tracking the Works within the planned budget and quality requirements - Preparation and control of the reports, demos, presentations which requested by the CEO - Tracking the Projects and preparation of the executive summaries of the Projects - Being involved to the internal transformation Projects and sharing the opinions / suggestions accordingly regarding the scope & methods
Strategy Development -Determination of the targets as per vision and mission in the designated periods; and, association of these targets with the Project and activities. -Performing the benefit analysis of each Project and activity strategically and correlation with the plan. -Evaluation and reporting of the status for achieveing the targets systematic. Project Lifecycle Management -Initiation, execution and closure of the Projects according to PMI standards. -Submission of the prepared remarks to the Project Management Board regarding the comments on starting or not of the new Projects according to the Project Charters and feasibility reports. -Perscrutation of the strategic plans and feasibility studies during the remark preperation period. -Being involved to the feasibility studies and supporting the Project Manager. -Planning of the scope, time, cost and resources by the MS Project Tool. -Creating the most appropriate Work Breakdown Structure for the planning of workforces belong to the resources and observing the outputs. -Subsidizing for the execution of the Project as per planned. -Progressing the plans for Stakeholder, Communication, Risk, Quality and managing the processes properly. -Providing Project Management support for the functional managers as per PMI standards. -Following-up, measuring, reporting (by rating) of the Projects in terms of scope, time and cost as per stated in PMI standards. -Tracking and reporting regularly of the outputs & targets of the Project after the execution and closure stages of the Project. -Following-up and reporting (as per lessons learned) of the problems that included in Projects Portfolio. -Progressing of the Projects related with each other under the Program scope. Process Management -Forming the business processes, scope of the works and the procedures; and updating if needed. -Determination of the development points of the processes and submission of the relevant proposals.
- Getting information & traineed regarding the whole company working by internal rotation between the departments during three months.
