About

Technical depth and commercial instinct don't often sit in the same seat. With a Dr.-Ing. and 14 years in industrial B2B product leadership, I've built a practice around making both work together – and building the organizations that sustain it. Three things I've done that matter: Built a product organization – hired the team, defined the PM career framework, established governance that scaled to 25 indirect contributors across three continents. Organizations get a function that runs without constant escalation. Pivoted a portfolio's value proposition under pressure – shifted Assembly Solutions from standard enablement to customer-specific process-cost reduction to protect core margin; built the customer evidence and market opportunity framework that drives prioritization today. Organizations get a decision-making structure that connects customer reality to commercial outcomes. Transformed how products enter the market – introduced design thinking and customer discovery as operational practice, not workshop methodology. Organizations get products that are genuinely ready at launch – not patched post-release. I think across hardware, software, firmware, supply chain, and revenue in one picture. That's the value I bring to organizations building serious product capability.
