About

Member of the Fluence Founding Team. Over 25 years building, scaling and restructuring renewable energy businesses — from a post-insolvency solar turnaround and a 400 MWp RTB divestment to a Siemens/AES carve-out that grew into a global BESS business closing 4 GWh deals. My work sits at the interface of commercial, legal and operational responsibility. I take on complex, cross-functional mandates where clarity, trust and execution matter — and where the boundaries between functions need to be bridged, not managed. What drives me is working with people. I am convinced that strong teams, given the right direction and space, deliver outcomes that no individual can. My role is to enable that: set the course, remove the obstacles, and hold the team together when environments get complex or ambiguous.
