As a senior leader in EY Switzerland’s Assurance practice, I bring nearly 20 years of experience driving collaboration across Financial Accounting Advisory Services (FAAS), Climate Change & Sustainability Services (CCaSS), Technology Risk, and other areas. My work centers on strategic business development and market positioning — helping EY strengthen its role as a trusted advisor in financial reporting, ESG, compliance, treasury, and transformation. I operate at the intersection of client needs and team capability: connecting people, identifying opportunities, and guiding execution from vision to delivery. Whether through account planning, executive communications, thought leadership, or go-to-market strategy, I’m passionate about creating clarity, connection, and momentum behind the scenes. I lead EY’s Professional Women’s Network in Switzerland which is a platform where business and inclusion meet leadership in action. Our focus is on visible leadership, client connection, and purposeful growth. It’s a community that empowers people to lead with confidence, expand their networks, and shape the future of business together. Originally from Montreal, I’ve called Zurich home for nearly 30 years and speak English, French, and German. Outside of work, I’m a proud mother of two daughters, a lifelong connector, and someone who believes in giving back. Whether it’s volunteering at a local dog shelter, supporting breast cancer awareness, or helping newcomers feel at home in Switzerland.
