Contracted to AstraZeneca as a Therapy Account Specialist working through a product launch. My role is to specialise in a specific therapy area and ensure sales targets are met to increase marketshare of the company. This is achieved through planning and organising all sales strategies, analyse markets to identify new opportunities, assist and coordinate sales as a daily activity, handle customer complaints, solve problems and maintain good relationships with customers and staff.
