Senior System Engineer for the Flemish government agencies Opgroeien and VUTG, overseeing about 400 locations and 4000 users. I previously took the lead as Technical Coordinator of the ICT Technical Specialists-team and took up the temporary lead as Technical Project Manager, for coordinating the merger of two government agencies and setting up a new one. These projects were sucessfully finished. My main focus today is: Access and Identity Management (Azure AD, on prem AD, ADFS, managing policies (GPO),..). Device Management with Configuration Manager (MEMC/SCCM), Intune and Autopilot. All-round Office 365 management (SharePoint, Exchange, Teams, Security and Compliance,..). For these tasks, I rely mostly on PowerShell scripting, but I'm also familiar with SQL, VB Script, Javascript and CMD. Lately I've been focussing more on Azure as a whole, to support Opgroeien in the usage, optimization and monitoring of the platform. I'm now in the process to develop my skills, to get certified and become a Cloud Architect.

- Coordinating/Coaching the ICT-Helpdesk (1st line, 15 persons), - Coordinating/Coaching the Technical Specialists group (2nd line, 5 persons) My main job is coordinating and coaching an ICT Helpdesk and Technical Sepcialists group. Secondly I'm a System Engineer, with a main speciality in System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) Both jobs blend together perfectly as it makes sure I can lead and support my teams with system deployments, upgrades, maintainment, keeping up-to-date with the newest technologies and creating technical and end-user documentation.
