In my role at the Kuehne Climate Center in Schindellegi, Switzerland, I work as a Community Manager responsible for building and coordinating networks, partnerships, events, and communication activities that support the logistics industry's role in enabling the green transformation. Rather than focusing solely on greening logistics operations, our work explores how the sector can leverage its expertise and infrastructure to accelerate the broader transition toward a sustainable future. As part of my role, I set up and developed the Center’s LinkedIn presence from scratch, growing it to nearly 6,000 followers within two years. Through regular content creation, storytelling, and stakeholder engagement, I helped build an active community connecting industry, research, and policy perspectives. A key part of my work is creating open and trusting environments — both externally and within our highly international team — where people feel comfortable sharing perspectives and collaborating constructively. As the organisation continues to grow rapidly, I am implementing team-building initiatives that strengthen connection, communication, and collaboration across cultures. I served as a Project and Event Manager, focusing on international training programs, workshops, conferences, and alumni events focused on our senior clients from C-suite to board member level in the higher management sector. I was responsible for the design, planning, successful implementation, and follow-up of diverse event formats, both digital and in-person, as well as the technical support and management of various stakeholders and service providers.
