As HSEQ Manager, my priority is ensuring operational excellence with a strong focus on Safety, Patient Safety, and Compliance. I lead the HSE roadmap by implementing accident prevention strategies and risk assessments to ensure a safe working environment. Additionally, I maintain the Integrated Management System (IMS) in alignment with ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 standards. Currently, I am leading the implementation of Good Distribution Practice (GDP) within the company, while managing audits, vigilance processes, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement to meet rigorous regulatory requirements.
In addition to my main role as HSEQ Manager, I act as the Road Safety Leader for the North Central Europe (NCE) Cluster at Air Liquide. In this position, I oversee road safety strategy and performance across 15 countries. My focus is on developing robust safety strategies, managing performance dashboards, and encouraging knowledge sharing through the Road Safety Community of Practice.
