Following the entry of KBC as a major shareholder in 2022, responsibilities included managing the company & board relations and driving strategic alignment with the corporate parent. Leadership involved overseeing a 15-person cross-functional team across technology, operations, and sales. The role combined executive governance with active product and data ownership. This includes directing the development and the rollout of internal analytics dashboards and conversion tools to optimize contractor performance and operational efficiency. By focusing product development on revenue growth and process scalability, the company successfully doubled its revenue for two consecutive years.
