Currently working for Calmocean as Head of Production. Where I coordinate our services. I have also developed our QMS system and ensured our ISO certification. Previously I had three years as operation manager for ship recycling company and 9 years of experience in offshore decommissioning. My educational background is in marine technology from NTNU Trondheim. I enjoy working with other people and thrive in good discussions. I believe we all can continue to improve our self. Following and guiding supervision of recycling projects. Ensuring high quality services. Line manager for supervisors. Also heavily involved in tendering and developing new business areas and consulting.
Planning for Offshore Decommissioning projects. Following decommissioning of 13 offshore installations. From Tender, planning, engineering, risk assessment, works manager during offshore execution and onshore dismantling.
