I was headhunted by Calder Vets in 2006 and 6 months later I became a partner of the company. We build the practice from a modest business with 35 members of staff in 2006 to the largest veterinary practice in West-yorkshire 10 years later with 12 branch practices and over 200 members of staff. The business was sold to a private equity company in 2016.
