My focus is on ensuring AI drives business growth, operational efficiency, and client value across Markets, Services, Banking, Wealth, US Consumer Cards, Risk, Finance, and Functions. My team and I develop and deploy AI capabilities that deliver measurable business outcomes. Working hand-in-hand with our businesses, we use AI to enhance client experiences, unlock new revenue streams, streamline operations, and strengthen risk and controls. In partnership with the world’s leading AI labs, we build scalable, global platforms that serve Citi’s clients and colleagues worldwide.
