Passionate about education through sport, I designed and implemented educational projects for schools, associations, ministries, clubs, and training centers. I am now teaching young people in international schools, helping them grow through sport and inspiring them to be active, fulfilled, caring and passionate about what they do.

PLAY has developed this unique expertise for over 20 years and shares it to a wide range of development professionals. I lead PLAY's office in Senegal, from where we carry out projects directly as well as indirectly through partners supported financially and technically, in Senegal, Ivory Coast, Burkina Faso, Morocco, Liberia... Our main partners in Senegal: Ministry of National Education, Ministry of Youth, French Development Agency, Ile-de-France Region, Sport en Commun, and a large number of civil society organizations.

Project manager « Improving the living conditions and the autonomy of the inhabitants of urban poor settlements of Phnom Penh» since its start until the end of the 1st installment. Key results: 88 housing projects completed, 8 communities supported, 10,000 inhabitants positively impacted, several new working methods on informal housing improvement and gender created and applied. Assignments as deputy country director : acting Director's Representation, work on the human resources framework of the delegation, participation in the recruitment of the delegation's managers and in the development of the strategy, preparation of financing proposals for new projects.
