Matthias Zwingli is the CEO and founder of Connect AI, a company that provides the right AI solutions for businesses of any size and industry. He has over a decade of experience in the fields of innovation and technology, startups, and business development. As an accredited startup coach at Innosuisse, he supports aspiring entrepreneurs in launching and scaling their ventures. He is also a board member at Green-Y Energy AG, a green energy company, and an active angel investor and podcast host. He is passionate about bridging the gap between startups, investors, corporates, and hubs, and creating a positive impact in the digital economy. Previously he was entrepreneur in residence for a social beverage company, Director and Head of Startup and International at digitalswitzerland, where he was driving the development of the Swiss startup ecosystem, fostering cross-border collaborations, and promoting Swiss startups globally. Furthermore, he was working as Core Operator and Intrapreneur at the Migros-Genossenschafts-Bund (Fortune 500), bridging startups with the multi-entity business environment of Migros. He holds a bachelor's and master's degree in Business Management from the University of St. Gallen (HSG) and studied in Australia (University of Western Australia,) Sweden (Lund University), and the USA (Hillcrest Highschool).
