- Deploy Kinaxis Maestro Supply Planning and Detailed Scheduling globally in line with project scope and timeline - Conduct gap analyses (As-Is vs. To-Be) and submit change requests as needed - Support OnePlan testing, implementation, training, go-live, and hypercare phases - Assess impact of adjacent functions’ ways of working on project outcomes - Support markets in their post–go-live adoption journey - Analyze market KPI evolution (OTIF, CTS, inventory, obsolescence, etc.) to identify patterns and cost optimization opportunities before and after go-live

- Create, adjust and review the rolling demand forecast for a defined assortment - Process and monitor promotional, seasonal and event activities, as well as listing and delisting - Evaluate and analyse KPIs - Proactively promote optimisation measures in the area of Demand Planning - Collaborate with internal stakeholders in oder to improve the S&OP Process
- Support the implementation of SAP IBP working in close collaboration with internal stakeholders and consultants - Collaborate with the demand planners in the markets in order to create, develop and implement a new way of working for demand planning - Support the introduction of S&OP in the company - Trouble shoot problems that could adversely impact customer service
- Establish and own the Western Europe long-term material planning process for a planning horizon of 18 months to secure materials availability - Define WoW with suppliers in collaboration with procurement in order to assess vendor capacity vs material requirements, the scope is to identify possible gaps and solutions in the tactical horizon - Feedback into the regional supply alignment meeting the material supply outlook
