Utilize key industry information and market knowledge to gain competitive advantage in market Build long term relationship with customers, provide leadership and direction in crucial customers interface. Apprehend the customers changing drives and implement business initiatives to trigger growth. Manage large experienced team (40 persons) based in 3 different offices UAE, Qatar and Kuwait. Mobilize and motivate Sales/Engineers/Technicians team. Recruit, coache and develop talents team. Build a working environment which values teamwork to the overall benefit of customer satisfaction.
