I worked on French logistics penalties (French market specificity) to improve intern proceses and reduce its financial impact : ─ Improvement of intern proceses of logistic penalties management related with each customer contracts. ─ Creation of new tools of reporting and set up of 3 new intern communications towards the team leader, the sales and logistics team. ─ Creation of an automatized tool to analyse customer losses during incorrect deliveries (late, missing). ─ In charge of French customer orders via EDI: Provera and Schiever
─ Management of the transport operations: in charge of the chartering of 130 fridge trucks per day. ─ Analyze hauliers KPI and implement action plans with them to improve on: quality, security, cost. ─ In charge of the procurement in wood pallets of the 5 french factories by organizing road flows to supply them. ─ Proposition and development of a plan of cost reduction by 10% (300K) of the pallets budget: Negociated new prices of transport and implemented new road flows.
─ Management of a team of 32 persons and a 400K€ budget. ─ Implementation of a strategy, objectives – Managing intern and extern communication. ─ Organization of more than 40 projects/events during the year for 2000 students. ─ Commercial prospection and in charge of the relation with our partners (Mazars, LCL, Bouygues, Pizza Hut, etc).
