ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Assist in the delivery and monitoring of performance testing measures (including; body fat testing, body mass measurements & specific performance related tests). Assist with pre & post performance injury prevention and recovery methods (including; hydrotherapy, ice baths, warm ups & cool downs). Supervise and carry out individual and group exercise programmes devised by the Sports Science & Medicine Team. To attend and actively participate in departmental training sessions. Participate in morning and afternoon handover sessions with the Sports Science & Medicine Team & inform staff of any issues which may have arisen throughout the day Keep the Sports Science & Medicine Team informed of progress with set activities. Provide assistance with performance and fitness related data input and analysis. Assist the Sports Science & Medicine Team with match day preparations. Inform senior staff immediately should an injury, incident or emergency occur. Supervise & assist with the delivery of daily nutritional / dietary plans and requirements. Maintain accurate & up to date documentation of sessions in line with departmental guidelines Assist in maintaining a safe working environment
