After 12 years experience of transforming client's business processes into satisfying software in international projects, I recently moved to Oslo where I wish to master new challenges, bring in my solid experience and assure new success.

During my almost 12 years of in-client collaboration with Groupe PSA IT-departments, I assisted to digitally transform business and sales processes and integrate them into an internal sales and CRM Front-end web application (aprox. 50.000 users in 15 countries). My onsite collaboration with client Groupe PSA IT-departments included the following project management responsabilities and achievements: • Successful transformation of multiple business and B2C/B2B sales processes into working software ▪ Surveillance of project scope, costs and planning during the multiplayer integration project to connect PSA’s internal commercial application to Salesforce, over the last 2 years. ▪ Building and training of several operational teams of up to 5 persons, over the last 5 years. ▪ Cost management and estimations, over the last 8 years. ▪ Management of customer relations and communications, especially in scope definition, validation tests and go-live phases. ▪ Surveillance and validation of developments, according to scope definitions, planning and costs, of internal and external providers. ▪ Risk management throughout all the projects phases.
