In this position, I lead and manage 14 people who work in supplier, customer, inventory management and procurement hierarchy domains.
I'm responsible for managing and coordinating item master (inventory database) related administrative tasks in the European SSC of Alcoa and ensuring continuous and stable service for the Alcoa companies across the globe. In this position I'm the leader of a small team of people with inventory and engineering related knowledge.
I'm responsible for transferring item master (inventory database) related administrative tasks from the USA to the European SSC of Alcoa and integrate it in the Master Data Management Team's portfolio. After the task transfer, I am to ensure continuous and stable service for the Alcoa companies across the USA and start working on the standardization and transfer of the same tasks from European Alcoa companies.
