I act as a strategic HR partner and leadership advisor, supporting managers and team leaders through organizational change and transformation. As a Senior HR Leader, I play a strategic role in shaping long-term organizational goals and translating them into meaningful HR priorities. I lead the implementation of HR policies, processes, and programs for the Tessenderlo site, ensuring they support both business objectives and people development. My work is deeply rooted in fostering a culture of trust, empowerment, and high performance. We offer Total Solutions in residential and utility buildings and in land, road and water construction. DYKA has existed for over 50 years and currently has sites in several European countries. DYKA piping systems can be used for inner drainage systems , ventilation duct system , drainage systems , rainwater systems , systems for filtration and infiltration of rainwater , water pipeline transport systems , gas transportation , electrical installations,.. As HR Manager for Belgium, I'm business and sparring partner for senior and line management, supporting in realizing the business strategy. I partner with them to co-create an effective and efficient organization, driving business results, with engaged employees who are able to contribute to their best abilities . I define the people plan and develop a strong relationship between business and Human Resources. Supporting and coaching (line) managers in their leadership role is a fundamental / key responsibility. January 2007 - August 2009 : Head of the HR department of the division AND-steel from the ArcelorMittal group. (220 employees) Responsible for the implementation of a new time registration system Pro-time. Given internal training about this new system to the line managers and the employees. Set up of HR procedures and optimalisation of HR processes, development of job descriptions. Implementation on boarding program for new employees and People Development program. Unions/work council negotiations September 2009 - December 2012: HR Manager for 7 plants in the Flemish part of the AMDS-group. Managing and Coaching a team of 4 HR officers, together responsible for almost 600 employees in 7 different plants. Manage change during centralization of the HR department and the acquisition of Distribution and Steel Service Centers. Implementation HR procedures and optimalisation of HR processes. Unions/work council negotiations for the closure / restructuring of 3 plants (Overpelt, Mechelen and Schoten) Implementation and roll out of performance reviews and employee satisfaction survey Implementation and roll out of an on boarding program for new employees and People Development program. Development of job descriptions and job classification Development of a coaching program for managers and management
